Right to cancel


You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. (See exclusions section below.)

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you,
who is not the carrier who has or has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email)
about your decision to withdraw from this contract."
You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose.
However, this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Send your notice of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we have sent you all the payments we received from you,
including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from
that you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us),
to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day,
on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same form of payment that you used in the original transaction,
unless something else has been expressly agreed with you.
Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We can refuse to issue a refund until we have received the goods back.
or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods,
depending on which is the earlier time.

You have the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day
to return or hand over to us the letter on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if...

The properties and functionality of the goods are not attributable to the necessary handling of them.

Exclusion or premature termination of the right of revocation

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods,
which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive
or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

This applies in particular to custom-made Gauge Faces,
Custom designs and special productions according to customer specifications.
